Yeah it could be - I don't necessarily know since I left. But that's who the usual people were

It’s a win-win for the whole company. The company uses gov’t money to keep everyone employed. No one was laid off and we’ve been made whole. To the anti-Flexers, why so judgmental? Because KR is the boogieman? I assure you , he is not.

I know the answer regarding the old Options 401. KR has made good business decisions since the Flex takeover, especially since the IBT 1108 was voted out. I trust he will continue to make good decisions without a union to play hardball with.

Because you work more than a NetJets pilot, get paid less, have lesser benefits, have no work rules, praise a manager who takes from your family during a tough time, and generally drag the fractional industry down. It sure would be nice, as a NetJets pilot, to see another fractional pilot group grow some balls and pattern bargain with us. A rising tide lifts all boats...
Instead, we compete with a bunch of pilots who are happy to ride our coattails and settle for “NetJets minus X” in the good times and lick Kenn’s boots after he slashes your pay and working conditions in the tough times. Forgive us for being a little disappointed.
This isn’t about Kenn being the boogeyman. He’s playing you all like a fiddle and you’re eating it right up.
