6 on 3 off is the minimum turn around. You can never have less than 3 days off except in some very rare circumstances. I dug around my NetJets folder and found a December 2016 line I flew. I think I was on the 18 day (CC72). They can borrow days from another month and flex you to up to 20 days, although flexing 2 days is rare, usually it's just one. I flew 19 days that December:
2 day carry over from November, then flew 1st-4th;
5 days off;
10th-15th (6 day trip)
3 days off;
19th-24th (6 day trip)
4 days off;
29th-sometime in January.
If you sign up for 8 day tours you'll probably do at least one of those in a month. They became a LOT more popular after the Flight Duty Pay Program started. Min of 5 days off after an 8 day tour.

Newb question: when y’all say “on” does that mean you’re on the road all of those days/nights; or are you ever home in your own bed at any time during that “on” period. Thanks!

I was based in CLT and in 13 years RON'd at home maybe 2 or 3 times. Now if you live in PBI, TEB, MDW, DAL, etc there's a higher chance since those are "hub" cities for NJA.
