It doesn't pay like the 650, but I'm sure some will bid from the Latitude to the Longitude. I just don't think it will be that many. Even so, there will be a steady pipeline of Phenom SICs, Excel SICs, and Sovereign SICs who are off seatlock and interested in something new with a hope of Hawaii and Europe if they can get on the A team/ Bubba Club.

I would wager a new hire would be looking at about ten years. But our F/O’s make more than most regional PIC’s after year 3 or 4, especially if you include benefits such as free medical care.

Our health insurance isn’t free. WE just don’t pay the premiums.
