The new hangars they are building in Denver and Cali are they for MX only or also training etc stuff ?

Maintenance and owner/pax lounges. I'm sure we'll have the usual hot tub and spa for crew.

I'll settle for a decent coffee maker....

I remember being in CMH and being asked to not walk in the FBO lobby as owners didn't like seeing pilots walking around. That felt really good...

Whatever they build for the owners, I am sure the pilots will be shoved in a closet on the opposite end of the building.

And be sure to go in through the servant's entrance like VNY...

Wouldn’t the Title, “NetJets heading South” be more appropriate for this thread?

Oh, I remember being scolded about that too. Feels super good to be reminded how you're the help who shall not be seen or heard lol.
