During the 8 day on period of your schedule, can you expect to be away from home the whole time or do you get some periods of time at home during that time? Especially for those that are based out of PDK.

Expect to never be at home unless you're PSM based. PDK may get home more often than others but it's rare.

Whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Exactly correct. A lot of the PSM guys say that they get stuck in the day trip rut every once in a while. I'm PDK and after 8 months, have spent a total of 2 nights at home. There have been a couple of OT day trip opportunities though.

Just got a November date in Atlanta! Also gonna be in the Redbird Full Motion Sim. The info that I've been reading on here has been super helpful! Seems pretty straight forward for the most part, but any tips would be appreciated!

Unless things have changed recently, I believe it's a table top RedBird. Throughout the interviews and training, the Sims are motion off until you get to Dallas. It's a full motion level D.

Just got the phone call for an interview today. Scheduled it for Oct 26 in PSM. Does anyone have any info on the A36 Bonanza sim they use? Any chance of getting the interview date moved up seeing as it is about 6 weeks away.

If they're using the Advanced Aviation Redbird which I know they do at times it's a huge full motion. I've seen it before. Also the owner told me Planesense does their sim evaluations there at times.
