Company will pay dental and Medical Premiums starting Jan 1st
Personal Days off/Sick increased from 4 to 8

Thanks for all that tanker!

My buddy sent me a screenshot of the payscale, so here is some more details:

PC12 FO:
Year 1- $42,500
Max Year 2 - $45,000

PC12 CA:
Year 1- $65,000
Year 10 - $110,000
Year 15 - $124,455
Max Year 20 - $140,809

PC24 FO:
Year 1 - $70,000
Year 5 - $90,000
Year 10 - $115,000
Year 15 - $129,455
Max Year 20 - $145,809

PC24 CA:
Year 1 - $105,000
Year 5 - $125,000
Year 10 - $150,000
Year 15 - $175,100
Year 20 - $201,587

Note: Payscale does have increases every single year, I'm just not typing it all out here. You get the idea. Also, everybody flows through the PC12, so nobody is going to be below year 5 with the company at this point and going into the jet.

Other pay: Flight duty pay, he said as a PC12 captain earns another $800 per paycheck or so. So you can add about $15,000 or more a year. He said they also bumped up the 401k match a few months ago, match 50% up to 10% of salary.

Part time is available. Half the work, half the pay. One cycle on, one cycle off, which translates to 8 days on, (soon to be 7) 20 days off.

Max Scheduled 12 hours of duty, 12 hours of rest. Can be waived by crew upon request for extra pay.

Duty Pay works as follows
Over 12 hours of Duty Capt gets $100 and FO gets $60
Over 13 hours of Duty Capt gets $200 and FO gets $120
Less than 12 hours of Rest Capt gets $100 and FO gets $60
Less tha 13 hours of Rest Capt gets $200 and FO gets $120

They can’t assign over 12 hours of Duty, or less than 12 hours of rest, unless both pilots agree to do it. However if you start your day with less than 12 hours of Duty but delays cause you to go over 12 hours you have to complete the day but you will get the Duty pay. If you agree to do reduce rest, even if the rest is only reduced by 5 minutes, and also agree to a longer duty day you will get paid for both the reduced rest and the extra duty.

The Flight Pay works as follows
For every leg over 5 a Capt will get $50 and an FO will get $30
For every hourly block that exceeds 5.0 a will get $50 and and FO will get $30
The extra blocks are 5.1-6.0, 6.1-7.0. 7.1-8.0, 8.1-9.0, and 9.1-10.0
So if a crew flew 8.2 block hours (which is very rare) a Capt will get $200 and the FO will get $120
Most days you will not be scheduled over 5 legs and they are trying to keep the flight time under 5 hours. But if it does happen we will get the pay.

PIC Direct entry to the PC12 is a thing. Direct entry to the PC24 is not. Currently 4 to 5 years to the jet. Putting roughly 2 pilots a month into the jet from the PC12 PIC ranks

Couple questions..... Is it possible combine work rotations, like 14 on 14 off? Also just curious what the work week is like, how many legs and how much flight time and duty time are typically done? Also, if you do part time do you still get medical and dental?

Right now the schedule is 8 on 6 off. You are allowed to shift 2 cycles annually but you can’t combine to rotations as they don’t want you to work more than 14 days in a row. I don’t know if you will be allowed to combine rotations once we go to a 7 on 7 off schedule.
The typical schedule varies based on where you are flying. The East Coast and Midwest is 3-6 legs while the Rockies and West Coast is 2-3 legs. Duty time for all flying is 10-12 hours. Occasional you will go over 12 but you have to agree to it before it is assigned. The flight time is normally 25-30 hours per rotation.
I know part-timers don’t get medical or dental.

Where are pilots getting hired when they leave Planesense? Are most continuing with fractionals/135?

Are these guys getting their ATP through Planesense or are they having to figure it out on their own when it comes time to move on?

Plane Sense will only provide the ATP if you are upgrading to Captain in the PC-24

So you don't need an ATP to fly the PC-12 left seat? Or you do need it they just won't pay for it? Forigive my ignorance of the 91K regs.

All you need to fly left seat in a PC-12 is a Commercial SEL. If you have an ATP you need either a SE ATP or a ME ATP with Commercial SEL privileges. The PC-24 is the only aircraft at Plane Sense that requires an ATP for the left seat.
