My best guess is that with all the regional hiring going on why go to Planesense? Personally I want to be there because the PDK base is in my backyard and the pay is a small step above the regionals.

Careful about that pay. The payscale on APC doesn't exsist any longer. Currently we have no payscale. You start at 27k a year and that's it...once you upgrade it's 41.5k-ish and that's it. For now. Rumors of a new payscale top out around 60k.

Had I stayed at my regional I'd be at 4th year pay the same as most 3- yr captains at alpha.
