Used to be a flight attendant so had the packing down for 4 days at a time, but I imagine we're limited to what we can bring on the road since a pc-12 is considerably smaller then the jets I used to be on. My biggest concern is food/cooler. You guys use them? Is there a baggage limit for crew? (Can really only see rollerbag and cooler plus flight bag). That acceptable?

Just found great deal on nice cooler as mine is torn to shreds. Begin class in march! Looking forward to it!
Most people bring a normal 22-24" size rollerbag along with a smaller bag or backpack for laptop and misc stuff. Those that bring coolers usually have something that is small enough to fit under your seat in the cockpit. The one I have is collapsible and fits neatly behind my legs/under the seat. Your rollerbag and backpack will go in the rear baggage area below passenger luggage. Anything additional like a cooler or headset bag needs to go under your seat. When airlining you are allowed to check your bag as long as everything you need to fly is on your person (uniform, headset, documents) in case your luggage is lost. When I bring my cooler I use it for extra little snacks that I get at the hotel like fruit or yogurt. The only time I really go to the store to fill it up is when I've got an overnight trip to the Bahamas or one of the islands further south. Food is ridiculous expensive down there.

Awesome information! Thanks!
I have a few questions to expand on your information though. I was under the impression that you kind of went wherever the company needed you, and didn't know where you would end up or for how long. Is that not the case? Or is Bahamas flying typically different, giving you a foreknowledge of where you'll be for a few days.

Also, in regards to uniforms, what is the companies uniform policy? How many do they provide and/or is there an allowance?

I'm still in training so I can't really speak to the first part, but they do provide 3 (I think, at least 2) uniforms and you get an allowance for tailoring.

The will provide 3 sets of uniforms up front to include winter jacket. There is an annual tailoring allowance and an annual uniform refresh order. Optional items like black gloves, black hat, etc are on you.

Default What is the uniform?

Button down shirt and tie? Jacket?

Yes you go wherever they need you and everything is subject to change. That being said, we can view our current schedule online of what is currently booked. Many times you can see where they plan to leave you overnight and depending on what is scheduled you might be able to plan ahead. For example, if I look at my schedule and we have a whole day of flying and our last leg we are taking people down to Nassau, Bahamas. Then the day after that we are also taking people out of Nassau or some other place in the Bahamas, your chances of staying overnight are pretty good. I've had trips to the Caribbean where we were taking owners down and they were coming right back 2 days later. Unless it's super busy and they need the plane, if you are far enough south it doesn't make sense to repo the plane and crew all the way back to the states just to go back 2 days later. All of it can change obviously with scheduling needs or the plane breaking, but sometimes things work according to plan and we get some cool overnights in the islands.

Does anybody know if they still pay their pilots their salary if they are gone for military service? I know a lot of places do.

Gone how? Like on a lengthy deployment? Unless it's required by law, I'd guess no they would not. A short training deal? They might be willing to work something out.
I know they do allow a leave of absence, and you keep your seniority for a period of time. But you don't get paid during the leave. So if you get deployed for 6 months you could do that, doesn't help with the pay though.

They will pay the difference in salary if you make less at your military job for up to 10 days of military service per year. If you perform military service during a scheduled vacation, you can obviously "double dip."
