No more flex schedule for those going forward. Transitions for the X will be Tuesday and CL will be Wednesday. No choice.

With this change are they still offering the 8/6 schedule to new hires or only the 15/13?

I believe both will be offered going forward. I’m not sure how it will be decided. New hires got placed into flex during IOE to try to maximize pairings with standards captains - not sure if that will still be going on. Expect to not really know your schedule/changes for the first 6 months, then to know your schedule a year in advance. About twice a month some policy is being changed as leadership is trying to wrap their head around problems and then reacting to unforeseen effects.

What’s the status of the pilot merger with VJ and XO? I heard from a friend that management and CP are leaving for other opportunities at a fast rate and a major investor from Fort Lauderdale is looking to leave, is there any good information on what the financial outlook is? I know Phil talking about leaving PGA as a player must be a blow as their ambassador to golf?

I'm considering pilot opportunities at XO or RW, I'd like to gather some insights into the present conditions. Could you guys provide me with a comprehensive overview of the company's current situation, including details on the work schedule, the latest compensation structure, and any notable changes in the interview process or hiring criteria that I should be aware of?
Thank you!

Easy. Don't go work for any company that's related to VJ.
Ask me how I know, or Chase, etc...

You'll thank us later.

This thread is on its fifth page.
Read the whole thing, and a simple search here and other forums, (PPW) will answer your question.
