FlexJet Interview

Hi all,

My current 135 ride is rapidly deteriorating with no sign of improvement (been there a few years and there’s no longer a long-term future here), and am seeking info about tFJ’s interview process. I have a friend there that is able to give me an internal rec, and I’d like to be prepared should I get a call to interview. What’s the interview process like?

I thoroughly enjoy this type of flying, and maybe I’m weird (ok, I am a little) but I don’t desire to go to a 121. Given where I live and where I’m at in my life, I’d like to stick to this style of work.

disclaimer: yes I know there’s another FJ thread and I have skimmed through it. But I’d like to get a fresh set of eyes so to speak. I felt like I had to get that out of the way. Thanks in advance.

Phone screen. You pass that, you get invited to their hiring event. Which is currently out into September for dates (earlier ones come and go) then it's a trip down to DFW for an interview and a sim.
