Default Flight Options pilots

I am an ATP rated pilot with about 1700 hours. I have been looking at Flight Options and have not been able to find much info about them in the forums. Is anybody out there currently flying for Flight Options? Could you tell me about the company and what it's like flying for them?

I am an ATP with under 2000 hours and have researched flight options for a while. They have posted 1500 TT 500ME 300 Turbine for minimums, but the average candidate has 2500-3500 hours. Personally I think the fractionals are looking for that 2500 mark. Looks nice for insurance. While at work I have layed over and talked with the pilots. I have heard nothing negative about the company. The only thing is the schedual can be tough.

New hires going to flex schedule- no choice of doing the 8 on 7 off (21 days on call - minimum trip lenght 4 days, max 8 days (with 2-4 days off)- then 9 hard days off) Upgrade time - 2 to 3 years Looking to fill class for Hawker 400XP for the end of October.

They are getting a bunch of hawker400s. that what you can expect to drive.
731s on such a light jet! has a lot of go go go! nice equipment.

Hope this helps.
Keep the blue side up.

Does a BE400/MU300 type rating suffice for the Hawker 400?

Default Type Ratings....

It doesn't matter what types you got. They will send through initial just the same, and you'll end an SIC for the next 3-5 years. I am flying with 5 year SIC's right now.
