One thing to remember too is that CS is owned by Textron. Many of CS customers are using them as an interim until they take delivery of thier own. With sales sold out until early 2010 (and no end in sight) Granted many of those sales are for international customers (about 50%) they have that customer base as well to pull from.

Looks like you were mistaken, Easy. No raise as of yet. Not even a hint of one. In fact, most pilots I talk to are pretty upset how our management has seemingly ignored the whole issue as they have yet to even address the situation with an e-mail...

Has changing jobs within a segment of flying ever been a good idea?
For instance, leaving Fedex for United in 2001 or American Eagle for Comair because Comair just voted in a industry leading contract (2001) Only to have it stripped away in an unforeseen bankruptcy(2004). For the apeasment of the deep pocket Berkshire chest thumpers, Delta had $5 billion in the bank (if memory serves) and Comair had the highest profit margins of any airline in the world.
Maybe Netjets is immune to the concept of history repeating itself for the last 2000+ years. Only time will tell.

For those of you who are curious, CS management finally put out their response to the NJs' recently approved TA: there are no current plans for any pay scale increases. Basically, they feel our work rules are the best in the industry and that is compensation enough. Take it for what it's worth...
