Anyone heard if this place?

Only came across them when doing a job search for Florida… They have a well put together information pack about the company and biz plan… Google Jet Out and it comes up… I am sure you have already done that, if I stumble onto anything else I will post… Cheers…

I've been here about a year and it's the best 135 I have worked for. That may not say much coming from WUP!! Overall it's a good company, small but growing rapidly and continuously profitable. Pilot QOL is good. Base pilots work a 7/7 while commuters work an 8/6. Four bases so far, but I think they are planning on a few more in the near future. Commuter pilots can live anywhere there is scheduled airline service. Hilton or Marriot hotels and a rental car every night. Commuter pilots get per diem and base pilots expense meals while on the road. Very few nights away from base and even fewer late nights. No airport standby and hotel standby gives you a decent 3 hours until wheels up. If they don't post anything on your schedule by 6pm, you are free the next day. FAA licensed Dispatchers do much of the behind the scenes work so that CA only needs to double check the numbers and file. Pay is currently a little below industry standards but management is aware and we are expecting some modifications in the new year.

If you are looking for a decent 135 gig, I'd recommend applying. Feel free to DM with any specific questions.

Cheers

I interviewed recently. I usually despise interviews but this one was one of the best I’ve ever had. Really got good vibes about this place. Really seems like a place you could make a career. They have actual FAA licensed dispatchers and seem to be very safety conscious. Small company business vibe seems to really care about their pilot quality of life
DM if you’d like information about the interview.

home based, but you fly to 1 of 4 bases, and stay there for the week. The plane returns to base 99% of the time
you don't commute to the plane
