I am currently a CRJ Capt at ASA and am tired of the commuting, crappy pay and very crappy QOL. I have over 3000 TT and only 200 PIC Jet. My goal is time with my family, pay(eventual 100K/yr), and a company to stay for the next 20 years. What is the upgrade time to any Capt position at NJA?
