fractional upgrades?
 

i have a friend at a regional that has no hope of upgrading anytime soon. he has recently been invited to interview at a corporat job that has a be-200 and larger. i told him if was going to look at that job to consider the frax. i did a search and found good info, but i didn't see much about upgrade times. can you guys fill in the blanks?

I was just recently told in an interview at Flexjet that it would realistically be three years for a new hire.
