All pilots selected for Flexjet employment start as a First Officer in either the Learjet 40/45XR, Learjet 60XR, Challenger 300 or Challenger 604/605. The company reserves the right to select the appropriate fleet. Upgrade to Captain is based upon company business needs and the First Officers seniority and performance.

Our minimum requirements:
2500TT, 500MEL, 500 Turbine, ATP and 1st Class Medical

Our gateways include:

Dallas/Fort Worth: Includes Addison/Crew, Dallas Love Field, Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) HUB, and other local airports
New York/New Jersey: Includes Caldwell Essex County (CDW), John F. Kennedy-New York (JFK), La Guardia (LGA), Morristown Municipal (MMU), Newark (EWR) HUB, and Teterboro (TEB) MX/Crew airports
South Florida: Includes Boca Raton (BCT), Fort Lauderdale Executive (FXE), Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood (FLL) HUB, Homestead Air Reserve (HST), Kendall-Tamiami Executive (TMB), Miami International (MIA), Opa Locka (OPF), Palm Beach International (PBI) MX/Crew, and Pompano Beach (PMP)
Gateway rules state that regardless of where the crewmember lives, it is expected that on the 1st day of the rotation, the crewmember will be in a location which will enable the crewmember to report to their Gateway HUB airport within 1.5 hours of contact. You may be eligible for our relocation allowance of $4000 if you relocate to one of our Gateways. (Relocation must occur within your first 90 days of employment.)
Overview of benefits available to Flexjet Pilots:

Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Card Program: Available for Flexjet pilots and their family beginning on the first day of the month following employment. The medical program allows employees to select their own physician within the network.
Group Term Life Insurance: Policy available with coverage equivalent to 2X annual base salary for Basic Life Insurance up to a maximum of $500,000 without charge. Additional coverage is also available.
Pension Plan: Contributions to the plan are 100% Company paid and employees qualify for the pension after 5 years of continuous service. Benefits are based on salary level and years of service.
Bombardier Stock Purchase: Employees are eligible to enroll the first day of employment and can invest up to 20% of pay with a Company match of 20%.
401(k) Program: The Company matches 50 cents on the dollar up to the first 6%. Employees can choose from 12 different funds and put in a maximum the IRS will allow each year.
Set Schedules: Based on a Seniority Bidding System for a company average of 202+ days per year, which includes training & vacation. You will have the ability to work more or less depending our your preference and seniority.
Compensation includes: For a first-year First Officer, the daily rate is $195 for 12 hours of duty time, which is approximately $39,400 annually for working 202 day/yr or $42,500 base for 218 day/yr.
Additional pay includes: overtime pay for hours worked over 12 in a duty day, $1.75 hr per diem, $325 daily pay for working any scheduled days off, and eligibility for a bonus program. Yearly compensation increases based on seniority.
Paid Training and Uniform Allowance: Employees are on the payroll starting with the 1st day of training. Uniforms are issued by the company. The Reimbursement Agreement obligates the pilot to reimburse the company for training & uniform costs, if the pilot voluntarily leaves the company in the first 24 months of employment.
Vacation: 10 days paid vacation (2 periods of 5 days). Each period begins and ends with at least 4 regularly scheduled days off, making each 5-day vacation period 13 consecutive days off.

Insurance cost is $60 per pay check ($120/month) for health insurance - POS plan for family. Dental is $25 per pay check ($50/month) for full family coverage (100/80/50). Significantly less for single dudes.

Training contract is prorated: 1 year for uniforms, 2 years for relocation and type rating.
