Default ADF/AM Radio station list or map wanted

Not that I would ever dream of not entirely focusing on the safe operation of the aircraft, but has anyone got a a good method/map/list of US AM stations I can steal?

Yeah, I've tried Acuquik's, but it is largely religious and talk . . . I realize it's AM, and theirs not a lot of selection out there.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but you can pull up radio stations by any number of ways on the FCC website, like getting ones for a whole state and whatnot.

What about HF stations? Anyone got a good source for those including some of the space freqs used to communicate with the Shuttle and ISS?

Best $10 you'll spend. Fits in a standard Jepp holder.

Thanks Flyerjosh.

We went to the launch facilities recently. A good day spent meandering around the pads and the center. The Saturn V is still a marvel. Although I have seen a couple of Shuttle launches including one night launch, I wish I could have seen a Saturn V go up.
