Fractional Dispatch
Hi folks,
I am new to the forum and have a question on dispatch. First though, I did do a search, but was unable to locate any information.
What type of dispatch does the average fractional (Flex, Net, Citation etc) provide for each leg or day? Is it full service with Wx, route, W&B, and airport briefing plus filed flight plan, or is it a basic with time, destination and customer info?
I am curious more than anything. How close to a 121 dispatch does a frax get?
Thanks for the info.

Flexjet takes care of everything: weather, APG, flight plans, catering, etc. They fax everything to us at the FBO in advance. We do our own weight and balance after we see the luggage that the passengers have. We normally get all the days flights in the morning. It's not perfect (ex: got filed from Denver to Eagle last week at 8,000) but pretty reliable.

Thanks much for the info. It seems that there is really no down side to Frax flying. If the worst part of the flight is lifting a few bags, I'm thinking that's about as good as it gets. That is of course unless you have a flight attendant to take care of the cabin.
I really am looking forward to getting back in the cockpit! I guess all that's left is the paperwork...and waiting for the release from the military.
