Citation Share info?
 

Any new information about CS? Bases expansion, pay raises, new schedule options? They have reduced minimums on their website but nothing else.

When did they reduce the mins? What where they before? I lack an ATP. I guess it's time to save 2000 big ones to buy a shot at an interview.

Does anybody know if Citation Shares would accept an application with only 465 hours of turbine time? The minimum is 500, and I can't get the last (month's?) tubine time I need, because my current employer just imploded :| Will they deny it? Will it hurt my future chances? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Seriously, it isn't that bad, but attrition is high due to airline recalls and NJA hiring. Send it in and follow it up.

Unfortunately, the only new thing at CS is we are switching to a seniority system starting 1 Feb...

Why the switch to the seniority system suddenly? Is this a possible movement toward increased schedule options for pay changes? Also, lots of other rumors floating around about shares...anything any cs pilots are hearing from the company or on the road?

Last question, how do they determine 120 minutes to your base (googlemaps?). I currently live 140 minutes according to google map but in reality it is only about 110-115 minutes. Will they make me move?

why raise the bar when you can lower the standards? I hope are owners catch wind of this

CS didn't match Netjets, that doesn't mean CS its a bad deal/job, it means NJ its a better deal/job. If I did something stupid and NetJets tells me to go, I'll look at CS right away.

So far this tour (day 4) I've talked to 2 CS guys, one is interviweing at NJ, the other just sent his resume. I called my friend, he doesn't know why guys are eager to leave. He seems happy there...
