Executive AirShare - Regional Beechjet and King Air Fractional

Any recent information on this company nowadays? Schedule? Pay? Upgrade Times? Travel Benefits? Aircraft hiring into? Interview Gouges?
I know they are trying to fill their Buffalo Base nowadays but beyond that and the rest of this thread, it's anyone's guess.
Anything at all would be appreciated. I know they are a relatively small company, but if anyone currently working for them has the time for a PM, I'd much appreciate it.

I just got a call to interview on the 8th in Kansas City guy said they were hiring into the KFTW base in the Phenom 100. Mentioned starting pay at 36k and something like 12 on and 3 off so if you want to work there seems to be plenty.
