Is there a limit on how far away from base you can live? If I got on with them, it would be wonderful to stay in my small town that is about two hours from Little Rock. Doing the 7 on/ 7 off schedule and driving that distance wouldn't be bad at all. Living is really cheap down here too.

As long as your in Little Rock by show time you'll be fine so you can live any where you want there are no restrictions.

They are still hiring off the street, just not a ton.

I was just hired officially on Monday and they offered me the X or XL. I took the X since I want to get some international experience and the leg lengths don't really matter to me.

I stand corrected. Any idea in what month the doors will be closed for real? I'm sure it's part of a contract somewhere.

Q Pilot, give me a hint of who you are. Pelican, Food Lion? I was both. I just got an invite to interview with NetJets but I have very little intel. I don't think I have the rights installed to talk direct. Would appreciate some chat. Thanks.

Sky, you are partially correct. NJI has been hiring but it was from a pool of resumes previously submitted in '07. I had my resume in since Dec '06 and recently interviewed on 30 Jan. I got the call about a week later. At that time the DO was saying that our interview group could very well be the last one, but he wouldn't completely rule out any more hiring before the Nov '08 cutoff.

After that, it's 100% from NJA pool.

SS,
I've been a Pelican, Food Lion and Moose. Never been an Eagle. QPilot is short for QZO.
