Year Pay

on the salaries listed for the fractionals, do you start over as year one when you upgrade or is it years of service to the company?

put another way, would i be 3rd year FO then first year captain?

is it different at each fractional?

I believe at Flexjet, you drop back 1 year. 3rd year f/o would go to 2nd year capt.
