I know that they are looking for a very particular group in terms of qualifications. Total time of 5000+ hours / age late 30 to early 40 / 121 or military experience seems to help / MUST live in a domicile that they are hiring into.

With that being said - I beleive they are done hiring for 2008. You may be better off looking at NJ in the short run

Hope this helps

I missed August indoc (long story) but start XLS training on Sunday. My understanding - nothing official - is that the September indoc class will be the last one of the calander year. Plans do seem to change pretty quickly from week to week though so.... who knows.

I understand. I am pushing hard to get an interview. I meet all the requirements, etc. I'll keep listening and reading, if they are done calling people, I should move on to something else.

Simply meeting all the requirements may not be enough. With hundreds of experienced furloughed and laid off pilots out there looking for work, the minimums alone are not sufficient. Get the number to the hiring folks from somebody there, and give them a call.

My understanding is that being proactive is a positive quality if you want to work at CS.

Cheyenne

Do you live in one of the bases they are hiring into? I beleive they are still growing these bases. You may just have to wait a few more months. If I learn anything different, I will let you know.

They seemed to make a big point about emphasizing the difference between the 121 world and the customer service aspect of the frac world. Just having the experience wont cut it.

BTW It was good to talk to you Cheyenne...Best of Luck to You.

Default Interview on the 19th

Hey guys,

I have an interview on the 19th. Any help on what to expect. I also heard that they are done hiring till the end of the year, is this true? Do I even need to go?

Thanx,
Mark

I interviewed last week and was given the nod, although class dates may be as late as January, potenially sooner. They are interviewing and hiring to build up the pool.

Join aviationinterviews.com really good gouge there. Build your posts (10 or 15 posts I think) so you send/recieve PM's and I can send you deatils from my interview. It is right in-line with the info there.

The depth of the interview may very depending on your background.

They defintely are looking for folks with people/customer service skills.

hope this helps,
