Fellas,
I had the 1st interview with Greg 2 weeks ago. I haven't heard anything yet. Should I call/email? Does any one have recruitings contact info? I have updated my resume, but I would like to show them I am VERY interested. Thanks for any help!

Not sure how up to date the info is, but a number I heard in CT was 300 resume's a week. (who knows how many of these actually meet the mins), 1 out of 20 from the phone interviews are invited up to CT for the in person interview. 60% of those are hired.

If you review some of the earlier posts in this thread it should help. #18 is a good one. Overall the phone interviews are to get to know you and what do you know about CS. Basic questions.. why do you want to work for CS, have you applied else where, salary expecting, type of service they provide, ac they fly, schedule 7/7, rate your knowledge of the FAR's etc. Do some research on the company, their website would be a good start along with the company info on this site. As far as domicle check the website and make sure you leave 120min from the base you applied for. No crash pads allowed must be your residence. Good luck
