As of May 12th, Netjets is bad medicine.
Ugly - and a strike is apparently on the horizon if we're lucky. Company essentially wants a paycut, but calls the contract very rich if we take it.
5th year Captain under this new company management hoped for contract would pay me 86K as a citation X captain, but with all benefits forfeited. No medical, no 401K, no per diem, no overtime, and working 6 on, 4 off. It adds up to a salary of less the 60K if I had to pay all my own benefits.
Netjets is about the saddest and most disfunctional place to work. Morale is non existant. We'll be in the news.

Bosboy,
I will probably be furloughed from NWA. I take it you don't think I should go to Netjet any time soon. I came from a place with low moral at the regionals and swear would never subject myself to that again; however, I still am looking for a stable good paying job. Any suggestions if Netjet should be avoided?
