Minimums?
Minimums for fractionals are generally higher than the majors. Why is this? I have also heard rumors that military experience is weighted more heavily and that you may not need to meet the total time minimus if all your experience is military. Can someone please confirm or reject this speculation?
Thank you all

The fractionals don't have this group in their sight, allowing them to post higher mins.
