flight options new contract?
 
this question is directed to anyone who works at flight options, when does it look like you are going to get a pay raise, and will it be competitive to net jets or citation shares? what plane are most likely to get hired into if you choose the phx domicile? what is the general morale of the flight crews? i appreciate any feedback. thanks

From what I have heard, morale sucks. The CEO is a big jerk and attrition has been quite high. You will likely get the Beechjet and sit on it for a very long time. There are much better fractionals out there.
