Hey guys, a few questions about the new pay rates posted.
Can anyone give an expanded explanation of the retirement policy that is listed on here as follows...
Company provides retirement at 1% per year of average pay for the final 5 years of employment
Also I see that new FO's are paid overtime at a rate of $35/hr, has this replaced the old policy which I believe paid a certain set fee for flying on days off? Or does this just apply to working a long shift of 12+hrs?
Also I'd seen a prior post about bonus pay, is this true and if so how much?
How do you guys feel your pay stacks up against the citation shares pay that is posted on here?
I'm about to send out apps to both companies and would love to hear opinions good and bad from pilots at each company.
Appreciate any comments you guys may have...thanks!

Anyone hired after 1/1/08 will automatically go on the new 401k Plus plan. The company will do a 100% match on the first 6% of compensation you contribute. Bombardier will also make an additional contribution based on your age plus years of service on a scale of 2 - 4% regardless of your participation in the 401k plan.
Crew duty day is 14 hrs. Anything over 12 hrs. gets the overtime pay/hr in addition to the flat day rate. Overtime days are paid on a scale. F/O 1-3 yrs. is $375/day and 4+ yrs at $400/day.
The bonus is paid on May 1. FJ used a matrix to figure each pilot's bonus individually. Parameters included fuel savings by fleet, total time worked, owner retention and use of sick leave (that category caused a lot of heartburn).
Obviously the pay is much better now. The CP said last week they have a lot of resumes and attrition has really slowed. They are still hiring but not at the rate they had planned.
