Pay during training?

Trying to find out which Fractional's pay during training. Is the hotel covered as well?

Thanks in advance.

Believe Flexjet pays during training, plus per diem[assuming you don't live in the DAL area.] Think the hotel[plus free breakfast] is also included. Anyone else care to chip in??

I can't speak for all the fracs, but NJA pays you a salary starting day 1 - in fact, you get the premium 18 day fixed salary at that point (70k). Not too shabby, just don't get too used to it unless you're willing to stay on that schedule......

Flexjet pays as if you were flying 16 days per 28 day bid period (now $2224 every two weeks). If you don't live in the DFW gateway, they give you a single hotel room (with microwave and fridge) and per diem of $42. Breakfast is included at the hotel. You also get a couple of free lunches a week at the training center. The cafeteria at the training center serves up a good lunch. The hotel dinner stinks, but the shuttle will take you to a restaurant.

CS pays full salary, per diem and hotels from Day 1.

Netjets $5,766. a month starting day 1 of indoc, plus $41. a day perdiem and hotel is always paid for.
You also start earning 14 vacation days and 12 sick days a year.

I think XOJET is 90% of pay in training and hotel paid for in MCC and during type school in TOL
