Default FlexJet?

There are a lot of threads about NJA, and CS, but not so much about FlexJet.

1. Does anyone on here fly for them?

2. If you don't live in a domicile, do you have to commute on your own dime?

I ask because they don't have a domicile where I live (STL), but they have a lot of flights that come in and out of here daily.

3. Is it possible to hop on a plane here?

4. Are they a good company to fly for?

Thanks

1. No, but my son does.
2. Yes, you have to be within 90 minutes of one of their bases when your duty period begins.
3. If you mean one of their planes, probably not since there is no telling when one will come through your area or where it will be going. And they don't usually allow you to dead head, unless the plane is going out empty.
4. My son sems to enjoy it so far. The company seems to value their employees. If you want to PM me, I can furnish some other information.
Good luck!

Does anyone know what's going on at Flexjet for '07. As far as jet deliveries, pilot hiring and any other info that would affect pilot hiring?

According to #1 son- Yes, they are still hiring and still taking deliveries of a/c. Best bet for numbers would be to contact Karen Parr on the main page of this website. Rumor has it that they will be getting some Bombardier Global Express a/c. Good luck.
