NJA and NJI - Need info from Current employees.
Hi all,
I am considering applying to NJA and NJI, I do not have the GV type but I understand I can apply to NJI with 5000 + HRS and 4000 + Jet? Not sure if that is right. What I am wondering about is the company and management in general. I have been thnking about applying but would like to know more about the company, if the pilots there are happy? What the command time frame is like? I'd greatly appreciate the information.

NJI does hire pilots without Gulfstream Type Ratings and without Gulfstream time - but there is an absolute 5000 hour flight time minimum. Experience criteria varies - but it is important. A recommendation from a current NJI employee is a big factor. Happy? Everyone at NJI is VERY happy!

Info on NJI please
Hi there, I am looking for some info about NJI. I do not have a G4 type and no back ground on the aircraft. Is it possible to actually get hired by them with out one? I have 13500 total time with 6000 jet SIC. thinking about a lifestyle change and dump this airline stuff and get back into the corporate side of aviation. Submitted my paperwork with no luck yet. Are they still hiring off the street or taking pilots form NJA Pilot Union list only. Would like to hear from any NJI guys out there for some direction. Thanks PS. whats your take on the company and its future?
