I know that NJA pays for full health coverage for their pilots. Do they only pay for the employee or do they cover the wife and baby too?

I'm sure they've got a family plan, but it's going to cost more.

Med is Aetna and Dental is Met Life. How good it is depends on what you compare it to. Everything is covered for everyone in your immediate family. There is obviously a copay and deductible.
