Netjets International

I was just wondering what the major differences is between Netjets and Netjets International were (other than A/C of course.) Is the payscale the same as "large cabin" A/C on the APC Netjets page, and are schedules basically the same, 7 and 7? And if anybody has any other info they want to throw in that would be great thanks.

While there are some difference, most of them appear to be going away. The door is closed for getting hired to NJI off the street, all new hires must come from NJA after I think October 31st. The main differences I know of are per diem (you expense all of your food at NJI), OT (NJI doesn't get the hourly overtime), extended days (NJI doesn't get double if after midnight on the last day), pay (NJI is on the large cabin pay scale on this site, I think it varies a little from that as well), and schedule (NJI only has 7 and 7). CA1900, please correct me if I am wrong on any of this, thanks. There are other differences but unless you have a class date you aren't going to need to choose between them.

Naw, you pretty much hit the nail on the head, as far as I know, anyway!

The seniority list integration ball will begin rolling downhill in about two months. Although NJI will continue to operate as a separate entity, at some point in the near future, any differences between NJI and NJA in terms of pay, benefits, etc will be substantially erased.
