What do the pay schedules look like? Similiar to NetJets?

Basically Teir 1(8/6) is on the list, and Tier 2(15/13) is most everything else. Yes any of the listed bases can be 8/6, anything else is up to the boss. If you live in Minot ND you will probably have to do the 15/13, but if you live close to one of the listed bases the 8/6 is available.
