What is the QOL at citation shares? do you get to chose your own domicile, or is it chosen for you? what are the schedules like?

I saw the gouge, but what type of schedule do these guys have? How about pay is it still $35k for fo and $64K for capt or did/will that change? i am very interested as they seem like they are primed for some good growth!

The gouge makes them look like they hire 1 in a million. NJ looks like they hire everyone - trippy....
