How deep is the list now at NetJets? I am getting my ATP in two weeks and will be applying. I have a few internal letters, but I understand that many others do to. I am just anxious to get in line.

My guess is it is many thousand deep right now. There are still people who interviewed in April and were told they would be hired who haven't started yet. The LOR is probably vital to get the interview now, but they are not interviewing right now and they haven't said when things will start up again. I'm not trying to discourage you from applying- get it in with the LOR as soon as you meet the requirements, but don't expect to here anything in the near future. Good luck. It will be worth the wait.

I applied October 2007 with three LORs and just had my phone interview last month.

From what I was told before there is a scoring system for applicants. Internal LORs are worth up to 3 points with full points for knowing you, working together, and flying together. From what I heard 3 is the most points you can get from LORs so one good one will be all you need to get the most points there. I really have no idea how the rest of the application is scored.
