Ground School

For those of you in the 91K or 135 worlds. How do your companies deal with yearly recurrent ground school.
Online? In a classroom? One day? One week? Exams or Quizzes?

Just curious.

Our Company utilizes all of the above. We all have an annual oral exam /check flight (PIC's) with the check airman, CPR and First Aid course, Winter ops course. Online we do CTS which covers FAR's, Op's Specs, survival, Terrorism, ETC. In addition to that all of our pilots are type rated which requires an annual recurrent (1 week) of class and a sim.
