Default What's the latest with Executive Airshares?

I know they are adding new Phenoms (100s and 300s) and possibly replacing some Beechjets. Are there plans to add more pilots? Which pilot bases will see the new hiring?

I have heard pay/benefits are not the best out there and that schedules can be "challenging." With the new aircraft, have things changed for the better or worse? Any updates?

PMs are also welcome.

I don't nor have I ever work for EAS, but my friend did for a few years. You're description would be VERY generous. I've been unemployed for almost a year now and there is no way I'd go work for them.

YMMV

A friend of mine joined recently and he pretty much hated it after the first day!
