They are INTERVIEWING in order of senoirity, so its like you are a new hire, no gaurantees, sorry. There are alot of guys going back to airlines, and i believe a fair number of FO's will leave when hiring picks up.

We're guessing that NJA will lose a few to the airlines also....Especially some SIC's that are able to get on with the SWA's and Delta's of the world. For guys like me NJA is it, pay and QOL are too good not to go back, but there are some who have the need to fly big planes and be an airline captain..I would love to work at a major and eventually be a heavy captain, but I found that NJA afforded me a QOL I can't pass up even if they did screw us once...

My problem is Im not willing to wait another 3 years for recall (#79) and still be sitting at the bottom of the list getting scraps of schedules from the senior guys.
But it was a great place to work for 3 years! Ill admit that. Hansell has killed it though. There is almost zero news lately and no info about anything relevant. To me that spells STAGNANT OPS unfortunately.

-have your duty days been noticeably increasing?
-Any truthful indications about share sales? (IE does managment relay that info to the pilots?)
basically I'm trying to determine if this is an industry wide increase in business..With Citationshares, and FLOPS, and now you guys it seems that there is a noticeable uptick in sales and flying....
