Interview Prep/Study Source?
Sorry Guys,
I am sure that the question has been asked a 1000 times over, but some of these threads are huge. Is aviationinterviews a good source for studying/gleeming info., for prospective fractional interviews?

One was situational "what would you do if the PIC was landing long and hot and didn't want to go around" and the other was how low you can go after seeing the approach lights on an ILS (100 feet). Back in 2005 you could get the tech or the HR interview but not both. Luckily I got the tech. HR had stuff like "if you were a color, what color would you be and why "
