Hi All,
I'm interested in working for a fractional but need good health benefits for my family. Anyone know what percentage of premiums are paid by fractionals?

100% paid....but it doesn't matter with who because it'll be many, many,many years before they hire....But the 100% was nice

Executive Jet Management offers the same benefits Netjets does, but EJM is not what you'd consider a "fractional

The benefits at Netjets are really good, so good they might try to take'em away..that'd $uck

Are you implying that all Fracs pay 100% of their employees health benefits?
