The current application system doesn't allow for updating your resume on the website. Send it to [email protected] and they will attach it to your file.

Will they hire directly into the challenger? I only ask because as a tall pilot with a taller than average sitting height the challenger offers more room for comfort than the Citation.

Yes, they do take a pilots height into consideration when assigning aircraft.

Depends on how tall you are. "There's no guarantee on which aircraft you're assigned." That being said, I'm 6'6 and the pilot recruiting guy took me aside and told me I wouldn't be going to the X.

They've placed some bigger guys in the X and ended up switching them to the 300 down the line. I believe they're trying to take that into consideration upon hiring to lessen the training costs of 2 types down the line.

Plenty of airlines hiring into the comfy Airbus....

Heard XOJ has pilots pay for hotel rooms on personal CCs and then expense them out... any truth in that?

Yes correct. Can either pay with own credit card (I'd say that's what 90% do) or with company issued CC. Either way it has to be entered as an expense.

Everything goes on the company's card or your own personal card (lotsa, lotsa point accrual!) except for airline fares. You never have to expense those.

Countless personal vacations/toys/whatever have been paid for thanks to this system. If you have concern, put all the charges on the company credit card and don't worry about it.
