Been lurking for a year waiting out my other gig.

Is XO still hiring both coasts? Im west coast and know they didn't for a while
Is a job fair/ internal rec. needed these days? sounds like may not be the case
Any choice in airframe once hired?

They are hiring for both coasts. Job fair or internal will greatly increase chances of getting an initial call. Generally, no choice of airplane.

Don't currently work for XOJ but guys I've talked to there said roughly 24 months for the Challenger and 18 months for the X. Hope that helps.

If you are on the X and come here with the qualifications to upgrade, or close to it, people are upgrading in the 12-16 month range. Seems to be more attrition on the Citation than the Challenger.

I put in an application last night - is anyone getting called for interviews without an internal recommendation at the moment? I know the necessity of that hook-up seems to fluctuate, so I'm hoping for some good news!

Default Pay

I'm sure its in here somewhere, but on the APC site it says don't pay attention to the above pay calculator. Can anyone advise the current first and second year pay range? Thanks

The pay calculator isn't used because it's straight salary. The listed salary numbers are currently accurate, but will increase by the end of the year.
