What times are FOs getting hired with? I.e., are the required minimums just a baseline and people usually have better resumes or is it up in the air?

Asking because I'm curious how serious they would take an applicant who doesn't meet the TT min requirement, but far exceeds the MEL min requirement, and has a little bit of PIC turbine...

Don't quote me on it, but I think guys are getting hired right at mins. At one time they were requiring an ATP, but now as long as you have the written done, they will give you your ATP as part of your type training. The turbine requirement isn't specific to multi engine. Single engine turbine counts as well, but I don't think they're hiring guys with less than 100 turbine... that I know of.

The Total Time requirement is a hard requirement for insurance purposes.

I'm a Regional Guy who is still flying in the Reserves. Thinking about XOJET. Does the company view military guys as a burden especially with the current shortage of pilots on the military side and multiple rotations out of the blue?

I'm not quite sure actually. I'm a relatively new guy. I would say just talk to them about it. They're very open / transparent with everything. I will second all the others, great place to work and EXCELLENT culture and QOL. The lady is happy that I come home happy and not ****ed off / stressed out.

How long does it take to hear back from XOJET once an app is submitted online?
