That site was invaluable when I did my NetJets tech interview in 2005. I was only asked 2 questions I hadn't already read about. And thankfully I didn't get the HR interview where they ask stuff like "if you were a color what color would you be and why"

General Questions about XOJET
Any XOJET pilots out there feel like answering a couple questions for me?
1. Where is training held?
2. How long does training last?
3. How much do you get paid during training?
4. Does the company pay for your hotel while in training?
5. With the Flex schedule, how many trips might you get each month and how many days are those trips? Something inbetween the 15/13 and 8/6 I assume?
Thanks!

3. Full pay starts from day 1. Along with $80 a day use or lose for meals, it is not per diem.
4. Single occupancy hotel and rental cars provided by company, lunch is also provided each day during indoc. Enjoy those $80 steak dinners
5. Flex schedule is built monthly by crew planning much like the airlines, you will earn $1,000 on top of pay for flex. I enjoy my set 8/6 schedule, but pilots seem to also enjoy the flex.

$55k Base
$7.5K Bump for the flex schedule
So that's up to 62.5K.
They must be including perks in there as well, which isn't unreasonable.
I can tell you that I haven't spent a single dime of my own money while away on company business. Indoc, Training (I went to Orlando), and on trips now. $80 a day for food is more than enough and I eat like a King. Also, its averaged, so if you go over one day. no bigey.
I've also accrued about $1.5k in Atlantic Bucks already and am averaging about another $2k per quarter in Fuel Savings.
So call it another $8k and $6k there brings you to almost 80. If you factor in points, if you're into that. I'm Platinum at Marriott with 250k+ points and gold at Hilton. Tons of Hertz points too. As well as Airline miles all over.
So 80 may be a stretch, but not much. I'm also not very good at fuel savings, yet.
I've been around 121 and 135 and really enjoy it here.

It's been over a year since I got any so memory is fading somewhat but basically they're $5 coupon type things that Atlantic FBO's give out. You get one for each 100 gallons of fuel purchased, and last time I fueled if you bought at least 360 gallons you got double coupons.
You enter the serial numbers of the coupons into your account on their website. Once you hit $200 they'll issue a Visa card to you with the balance. Then you can keep adding to the card's balance $5 at time.
Nice perk, bigger jets make out pretty well. On the Phenom 300 I usually didn't have any trouble getting the $200/year to keep the card alive. One word of caution, if you get more than $600 I think it was you'll get a Form 1099 and get taxed on the amount.
Edit: Used to be easy to buy/sell the coupons but now I think I remember they have it by your name or something.
