Company decides based on need when your indoc is. Upgrade is about a year for X and year and a half I hear for the -300. (I would be shocked if they didn't get you on the -300, given that you know it......)

Can you shoot me a PM of the problem? I can get it to our hiring people. Doesn't really matter what you put, payscale is fixed. So if it takes a NA? or a 0?

So you don't get to continue because GEG is not approved by XO? If so all I can say is wow. However as I stated earlier in this thread DRO apparently is an approved field with its minimal flights. If that doesnt get your head scratching I don't know what will.

It has more to do with duty time required to get said pilot to an xojet airplane on day 1. With the amount of trips in/out of the several CO airports, DRO starts to make sense. The lack of business into the entire pacific NW explains why GEG/SEA/PDX have been denied in the past.
