I'm sure there's plenty of you, but I'd like to get some perspectives on those who left the regionals for XO. I am early in my 121 career at a regional and, without going into much detail, I'm wondering if the future for me here might not be what I want.
Was it worth giving up a possible high-paying future with a major?
Since I used to work line as a young guy, I was always interested in working for XO but never had the mins to apply. It seems like a significant improvement in QOL compared to the regionals, but I worry about giving up a the 121 time and a possible future at a major.
