Is there a wage inflation rate or do you plateau in each position? Also, does pay vary by aircraft type (i.e., Capt on CL300 makes more than a Capt on the X)?

Also, how many more CL605s are on order?
WOW, I didn't even know they were operating the CL605 already. i knew they had'em on order. I found this pic of Xojet's 605 in Amsterdam. Not bad, I like the all white, looks clean

Pay is frozen at 52.2 and 90K right now respectively although last I heard people were hoping for some changes to that soon since things seem to be picking up a bit for XOJET. Pay is also the same regardless of type.

Pay raise coming in October... 2% raise across the board. Better than nothing, but I'm still waiting on a long term pay scale. There are other ways of making more than base pay at XOJET; like being a Team leader, Duty officer or other things. They pay out merit points for doing extra stuff. The whole system is really complicated and would take 3 pages to explain...

We are only operating 1 605 in the ME and the other 2 are being sold. Actually think 1 of them is already sold... The ME partners said they wanted 3, then said they only wanted 1... They were never going to fly in the US.

XOJET is going to double in size in the next 24 months! A true 3rd fleet type is going to be annouced sometime soon. They are hiring and upgrading a lot right now! They have even called pilots with no recs from what I hear... Just bought another X and have at least 4 more 300's coming this year.

Things are happening at XOJET... Just no one is posting them.

"FAA Flight check" I guess we all better stay on your good side, no more disagreeing with you (just kidding).

I like the range of the 605, about 9 hours, not too long, but long enough to acomplish the mission

cheers

I hear stories of having to explain the difference to people in recurrent and such when they see FAA on the name plates
We are the WHITE side. Those *other* guys are the OTHER side.
I heard a fellow flight checker once told a guy in class "Don't worry - we get ramp checked too"

You get ramp-checked too. Oh man tough break there. Just like Rodney Dangerfield used to say "no respect"

Thanks for the update. Glad things are looking up for you guys and hopefully you'll get a long term pay scale sooner than later. Best of luck guys!
