Appreciate the info! All makes sense I've just been a little worried given south Florida's reputation in aviation. Will be joining you all soon.

Rest assure, Xojet has nothing in common with the typical south Florida scumbag 134.5 operators. Just moving to Florida due to high operating costs of running a business in California and more access to possible future employees.

The best reason in that message was having an Ops Center in the Eastern Time Zone. Its easier to schedule the West Coast ops when your staff is 3 hours AHEAD of the game instead of 3 hours BEHIND the game.

Besides its CRITICAL to have better places to go have a beer after work.

This. I was told this in the interview. The interview was extremely professional and straight forward. I extremely enjoyed the process. We were told we will know in a week to 10 days. There were 3 straight XO interviews (one 121 gig, one 135 guy and myself witch is all mom and pop 135). Hours ranged from 2500-7000 total time. There were two crew resources guys (vista) both were looking at street captain. Age range was mid 30’s to 70. I had the cognitive test first then HR interview followed by lunch and the technical interview. Good luck to all those who apply. I walked out really hoping for a job offer. We shall see.

Any XOjet peeps in the know with respect to company job fair participation out east?? They did some FAPA events last year, but haven't seen anything thus far for 2019/2020.

Anyone at XOJET mind sharing what an average guy logs in his logbook, flying a typical year over at XO?

Any other vertically gifted here want to share their experiences on the X? I'm 6'2" 210lbs and a little worried about my fit. Thanks!
