Default Xojet

Hey guys,

Can anyone shed some light on XOJET??

Live in Cincinnati and tired of commuting for a regional.

Pay, Bases, Schedules, Upgrade Time, Growth Etc...

Thanks!

Use the advanced search function and check all titles for the word XOJet.
I got 24 hits.

After reading those 24 threads with the name only in the title - try searching entire posts if you want.

After reading those - - I bet you will have MANY of your questions answered since not much seems to have been happening with XOJet lately.

If that is your idea of "networking", you'll have a tough time getting an interview. A little self-initiative, please.

Wow... Tough crowd. I didn't read in his one and only post where he said anything about networking.
Just perhaps this is one of many avenues he is persuing? Just maybe there is a lot of self initiative that we don't know about? What makes you think this is the only thing he has done on his quest for info?

One thing for sure- If any fellow pilot wants information about the company I work for, I will be happy to help them out all I can. That's why I'm here.

You may want to rethink the fractional side of aviation since the future economic outlook is in doubt. Remember Netjets has about 500MT pilots STILL on furlough. The fractional model is collapsing. Just my opinion.

Get over yourself... The guy asked for some information, which is what this website is for. If you are a representation of the sorta people XO employs, the original poster will do himself a favor and look elsewhere. I bet you're a real joy to fly with too.

I think I was making the same point as USMCFLR, search before posting. BTW, fractionals are going to change immensely in the next 3 years. XOJet will, also. I don't work there.

Default Salary Questions

I've seen the salary info for XOJet on APC and I still have a question. Do FO and Capt salaries increase at a certain rate from year to year or are they frozen at those levels (52.2K for FO and 90K for Capt)? Is there a wage inflation rate or do you plateau in each position? Also, does pay vary by aircraft type (i.e., Capt on CL300 makes more than a Capt on the X)?

Also, how many more CL605s are on order?
